CANCELLATION POLICY

Eve’s Garden Wellness Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that schedules can change. To provide the best service to all clients, Eve’s Garden Wellness requires at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 24+ hours’ notice: Your appointment may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Less than 24 hours’ notice: A 50% cancellation/rescheduling fee will be charged to the card on file. No-show appointments: A 50% fee will be charged to the card on file. Please contact Eve’s Garden Wellness as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your appointment. Giving adequate notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another client. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and rescheduling policy.
